Join our Foundations Program at 540 Fitness, a premier Strength & Conditioning Gym located in Winchester, VA. This class is for all fitness levels and focuses on building strength, mobility, and overall fitness. It is a perfect option for those seeking a less intense fitness class. It does not include Olympic lifting or high skill movements. The 45 minute class is led by our knowledgeable and experienced coaches, each session focuses on fundamental movements and exercises tailored to beginners & intermediate athletes. You'll learn proper form and technique while getting a great workout.
Each class is fully coach led, meaning they will take you through the warm up, skill instruction, and cool down. They will provide immediate feedback on form, and proper progressions.
